ANDREW NWEKE

Chairman

Andrew Nweke is the Founder and Managing Director of Amborg Global Resources (AGR) Limited, a leading Engineering Company offering Integrated Construction Solutions and related services across Nigeria and Dubai. Before founding AGR Limited, Andrew was Operations Director of Network Facility Management Services Limited (2004 to 2013). As a partner of Prime cost and Engineering Consultants Limited (2005 till date), he has overseen the delivery of several key projects such as Channelization works of the Middle Ogunpa River, Ibadan in 2007, channelization works of the lower Ogunpa River, Ibadan in 2008, Construction of the Kaura Market Abuja under a BOT scheme, Rehabilitation of Murtala Mohammed International Airport Runway in 2006, development of CBN, Lokoja Branch premises in 2011 amongst several other completed projects.

He also sits on the Board of several companies amongst which are:

  • Board Chairman, Norrenberger Securities Ltd – 2021 till date
  • Board Member (Chairman Credit and Investment Committee), Norrenberger Financial Group – 2018 till date
  • Board Chairman, Blue Phoenix Marine UK Ltd – 2017 till date

KUDI BADMUS

Kudi is an Accounting graduate of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and a Chartered Accountant. Before her appointment as the Managing director, she was the Founder and CEO of Fort Capital Ltd, a company that is in Real Estate Investment Finance and other Financial Investment and Consulting. Before starting Fort Capital Ltd, she was the Executive Director/ Chief Financial Officer of Eterna Plc, an Energy integrated Company listed on the Nigerian Exchange Limited. She also served in various positions and as Executive Director in the Financial Sector, including Deposit Money Banks and Mortgage Banking, all of which were Publicly Quoted Companies.

Her over 30 years’ experience spans Banking Operations, Treasury, Finance and much more. She trained with Deloitte – an audit firm, where she became a Chartered Accountant before venturing into the Financial Sector. Ms. Badmus has occupied Executive Positions for over 17 years and attended local and international courses for continuous education and improvement. She sits on the Board of various companies as Non-Executive Director.

PETER ADEJOH

Peter Adejoh, Executive Chairman/CEO of Camey & Rock Platform Holdings is a highly driven entrepreneur with a background in information technology, banking, project management and consulting. He has over 18 years of combined cognate experience in commercial and investment banking, project management, insurance and finance.

He founded and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Camey & Rock Business Consulting Limited, a diversified Pan-African investment company with a focus on investment in financial services, FinTech, financial inclusion and the real sector of the economy. He also serves as the Executive Chairman/CEO of Prime Luxury Address Limited and Capitis Thrift & Credit.

Peter is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Vintage Hubb – owners and promoters of Marina Admiralty Towers (Hard Rock Hotel) development, Lagos – Nigeria. Peter holds a B.A. (Hons) in History from Benue State University, Makurdi and a Diploma in Computer Science from the University of Lagos. He is a certified Master Project Manager by the American Academy of Project Management, New York, USA.

ABIMBOLA KOMOLAFE

Non-Executive Director

Abimbola Komolafe is a finance professional with over 30 years of experience in various sectors, including banking, Oil and Gas and consulting. She is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). She has banking experience with the Nigerian – American Merchant bank where she worked from 1988 to 1997. Thereafter she joined the Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria (SPDC) where she worked for 20 years.

In 2017 she took early retirement from SPDC to focus on her interests. She is currently the MD/CEO of Threshold of Trust Nigeria Ltd, a company that provides clients financial and business advisory services. She is also the Executive Director/ Co-Founder of Rehoboth Dream Solid Foundation (RDSF). Abimbola Komolafe is an associate member of WIMBIZ (Women in Management and Business and Public Service) and a member of the Association of Professional Women Bankers of Nigeria where she serves on the executive committee.

AHMED MODIBO

Non-Executive Director

Ahmed Modibbo is a lawyer with over 30 years of post-call-to-bar experience. He brings to the Board of Resort Savings & loans Plc, experience and expertise in administration, corporate transformation, strategy and corporate governance articulation plus implementation, and especially legal expertise in commercial and corporate law. He is a Non-Executive Director of First Bank Holdings and is currently the Managing Director of Highland Disco Acquisition Company Limited, an Investment Holding Company with investments in the Power Sector in Nigeria and core Investors in an Electricity Distribution Company.

Modibbo had spent most of his working career at the Nigerian Export-Import Bank, with the last ten (10) years as the Secretary to the Board of Directors and Legal Adviser. He also served as the Secretary to the Board of the Sealink Promotional Company Limited, a Special Purpose Vehicle established to promote commercial and maritime interconnectivity within the West and Central African Regions. Ahmed Modibbo obtained a Degree in Law (LLB) from Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria in 1990 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1991. He had further acquired the International Bar Association/College of Law of England and Wales International Practice Diplomas in International# Mergers & Acquisitions, International Business Organizations, International Joint Ventures, International Competition Law, and International Intellectual Property Law, respectively.
